As promised from weeks ago, my completely no longer relevant Valentine’s Day post! Look, just get out there and invent a time machine, and we can pretend that I was all on the ball and stuff OK? Great, I’m glad you’re willing to do me a solid on this one 😉 . These are incredibly […]

….and here they are. Just standing in a row 😉  (and if you don’t get this musical tribute at all, this is where my reference comes from. Although the song was apparently written in 1944, I first heard it in the Lion King movie, so I’m now making you have my own nostalgic trip down […]

I was originally intending to do a Valentine’s post today, but it fell off my radar completely, and though I did bake something today to fit into that theme, you’re just going to have to wait a couple of weeks to see that one (upside though? It’s not something that has to be Valentine’s themed, so […]

Am I the only person who wasn’t aware of Snickerdoodle cookies until recently(ish)? About Amber

Amber Profile

Hi, I'm Amber Trudeau.  I bake.... a lot.

I'm also vegan, and found that whenever I went out to a restaurant my dessert choices were limited to sorbet, sorbet, and sorbet.  So I started making my own desserts. I wanted them to taste good though - so my ultimatum was to make delicious desserts that also happen to be dairy-free and egg-free. Every week or so, I challenge myself to try something new.  To recreate some kind of traditional dessert that tastes amazing without using animal products.
